Important Notes!

For the convenience of the customers, there are multiple payment options provided. Once you have selected your trip type, vehicle, and filled all the details, you will be redirected to TaxiYatri payment gateway. There you will find different payment options to choose from. You can pay through UPI either by entering your UPI ID, by selecting the UPI app that you use, or simply by scanning the QR Code. You can also link your e-wallet to your TaxiYatri account for seamless payments, and don’t worry as your data won’t be shared to any third parties. You can also pay through credit card or debit card for making payment for the cab booking. Your card details won’t be saved to our database so you don’t have to worry about it either.

Apart from that, offline payment options are also available. For offline payment, you just have to select the offline payment and your cab will be booked. You can pay the fare directly to the driver once you reach the destination. You can pay offline in cash, card, or with UPI.

All the payments are redirected to TaxiYatri own payment gateway. All the payments are to be done from redirected gateway upon proceeding for payments through the mobile app. You are to make payments only through the official TaxiYatri payment gateway. If you happen to make payment from any wrong gateway and the amount got deducted from your bank but the booking is not placed, TaxiYatri won’t be responsible for any financial lose that you incurred by making payment from wrong source. It is adviced that you use the official TaxiYatri mobile app or the website for booking cabs.
