Cancellation and Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions pertaining to One-Way Tour/Intra-City Cab/Airport Pick-up and
Drop (only for SEDAN/SUV)
- In case you cancel your ride within four (4) hours of your planned pick-up date and
time, it will be considered as a case of ‘No Show’ from the customer’s end. At such
times, you cannot claim any refund from TaxiYatri, and also the booking amount paid
during the time of booking of the vehicle will be considered as cancellation charges and
thus we will not be providing any refund in the same condition.
- In case you cancel your booking between 4 to 24 hours prior to the date and time of
your scheduled journey you are entitled to an 85% refund. 15% of the booking amount
or 15% of the total amount paid by the client, whichever deems to be less, will be
deducted as Cancellation Charges, and the balance amount will be transferred to your
TaxiYatri wallet within 21 days of your cancellation.
What is the refund policy if a client cancels a round-trip/wedding car rental or Tour
Package or Holiday Package?

The facility of cancelling your trip can be availed only before the fixed date and time of
the cab journey you have booked for. You can easily cancel your booking by giving

- In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable
reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be
Effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be
as follows:
- It is a mandate that all the cancellation requests should be put forth to TaxiYatri only
through e-mail, viz. support@taxiyatri.com. No phone call request will be accepted in
such cases.
- In a situation that the above-mentioned trips and packages are cancelled 30 days
before the actual date and time of the journey, the client is entitled to a 75% refund,
which will be reflected in the Taxiyatri Wallet within 30 days of cancellation.

According to the second condition, if the cancellation of the cab services is done within
a period of 16 to 30 days, you are eligible for a refund of 50%, and the remaining
50% of the advance amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges. The 50%
balance amount will be transferred to the client’s Taxiyatri Wallet

- The third situation, in which the client opts not to take the TaxiYatri services and
informs us by e-mail within 7 to 15 days from the date and time of journey, he is entitled
to a 25% cashback of the advance amount paid, via bank transfer. These amounts will
be transferred to the client’s Taxiyatri Wallet within 21 days from the date of
cancellation.
- In the fourth situation, if a client requests a cab cancellation within 2 to 6 days prior
to the tour, TaxiYatri will deduct 90% of the advance booking amount and the remaining
10% will be transferred to the client’s Taxiyatri Wallet. This refund will be transferred in
not more than 21 days from the date of cancellation.
- The last two situations in which the client tries to cancel the cab services within 1 to 48
hours before the scheduled time, or after he receives the phone number and other
driver details, a No Refund policy is applied.
- No Refund or any changes will be accepted at last moment/minutes for Trip/Tour
starting or after starting or middle of trip.
- Regarding Tempo Traveller /Luxury Bus//Luxury Tempo Traveller / SUV booking the
Dispatch team will tell you total estimated fare including Toll Tax, State Tax to be paid
directly to vendor/driver during the trip. Taxiyatri.com is not liable to provide invoices for
such amounts. If customer cancel his booking this time than no refunds will be
applicable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tempo Traveller /Luxury Tempo Traveller /Innova
/Innova Crysta
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/Travel service/ service cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/Travel service / service cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/Travel service / service cost
- 03 days prior to arrival 75% of the Tour/Travel service/service cost
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note :
- Kilometre and time start from Garage to Garage
- Road Tax, Toll, Parking, Driver Charges Paid by hires.
- For Outstation Minimum 250 K.M Per Day Average Payment.
- Ac will not work in Hill Areas
- 5% GST on bill extra.
Payment needs to be done in advance of the tour to confirm your booking in one of the
following ways:
- 15% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount (not refundable amount any case)
- Transfer money in our Bank Account through Net Banking or UPI Deposit. (cash
Deposit Charges 5% GST)
- For Outstation Night Driving Duties, driver Charges is applicable after 10:00pm To
06:00am (Per Hour) Charges as Per Given Price. Only pickup drop at night.
- The Photographs shown are for illustrative purposes Only.
- This company is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident etc. during the journey.
- Ac. Will Not Working In Standing Mode. In case passenger is not show at the time of
departure. 100% tour cost detected.
- Airport parking is valid for 30 minutes. If late extra parking is charged.
- Studio and LCD Not Allowed in hill area.
Payment :
- Deposit @ Rs 15%/- Advance Payment(company account)
- Deposit when your pickup time @ 65 %(company account)
- Before Returning @ 20 % /-(company account)
- Hotel Booking Charges Not Refund.
- Rates Not valid for long weekend and Any Festival.
- Night Travel Not Allowed in Winters Due To Fog (Strictly), For Safety
- Booking Advance Amount is not Refundable
- This Regular Rate not Valid for Any Festival and Weekend or Season Time
- After booking, if diesel and state tax increases, then the charges will be different
- Regarding Tempo traveller /Luxury Tempo Traveller /Luxury Bus advance amount
15% payment in advance for booking amount (not refundable amount any case if
customer cancels or refuses service against his/her booking)
- If the rates are subjects to changes depending on fluctuation of diesel /petrol/CNG and
Tax parking prices in INDIA and that time if customer refuse to increase the rate
- Then advance amount will not refundable at any case ✔ The Regular rates are not valid
for any festival and weekend or season time if customer create his booking advance
and that time rate increase than our team inform

refundable (at the case of Tempo Traveller /SUV)
- No cancellations and refund are entertained in any case for those product /services
that taxiyatri.com sales team has obtained through online, offline on special occasions
like Dussehra, Holi, New year, 25th Dec, Pongal, Chardham yatra etc. These are limited
occasion offers and therefore cancellations from customer side are not possible and
no refund applicable.
- For Chardham Bookings/taxi packages, rates are subject to change without prior notice
due to high demand in peak season. If customer cancels the booking from their end,
advance amount will not be refunded.
What is the policy in case I need to cancel my cab services in the middle of the
journey?
- First of all, you as a client have all the rights to cancel the cab services you have opted
for even during the middle of the journey. At such times, you will have to bear the
expenses of the full booking amount.
- Also, we would like to bring to your notice the Zero Cancellation Booking Charges
with TaxiYatri, be means of which you can pay the cancellation charges by means of
bank transfer, NEFT/IMPS from the registered bank account with TaxiYatri. Please read
the applicable terms and conditions relating to the usage of bank transfers before doing
any transaction.
- Under the circumstance, that our driver fails to reach your pick-up destination in time
or you have to wait too long for the driver to pick you up, you are entitled to a total
waiver of the cancellation charges.
- In case of the situation in the reverse order, wherein our driver has waited sufficiently
long enough (approximately 30 minutes), and for any personal reason you are not able
to avail your taxi services, or in a situation, wherein, the driver is trying to contact you
but you are unavailable at such times you will be deemed in the No Show Category. In
such cases, you are not entitled to any refund or cashback.
It is the complete responsibility of the client to inform the customer care support of
TaxiYatri at least a day prior to the fixed journey in case there is any change in the timing
of the cab services to be availed or you wish to reschedule it. At such times, we request
you to call our executives and verify if there is a cab which we can allot you at the new
specified times of the journey.
In a rare possibility, that our cabs and drivers do not show up for the scheduled trip,
without any valid reason, and also TaxiYatri fails to give you an alternate cab with a
driver in the stipulated time frame, you have all the rights to ask for a 100% refund. This
refund will be credited to your TaxiYatri Wallet and is reflected in the wallet within 21
days. Remember, in case of bank strikes, bank holidays, or reasons pertaining to such
issues, there can a delay in the transfer of refund amount from TaxiYatri side.
In case, the booking of the scheduled cab is cancelled due to out of the hand situations
like floods, tsunami, terrorist activities, earthquakes, and other natural calamities,
strikes, riots, or fire, TaxiYatri will not be responsible for booking cancellation & in such
cases advance amount will not be refundable.
If you cancel the booking at the last hour, that too after the driver and cab details have
been sent to you, such cancelation will be termed as No Show. In this case, you are
not entitled to any cashback or refund. Please note, that in such cases the total
advance booking charges will be considered as cancelation charges.

x 7 to support and assist you.
On special occasions like Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Chardham Yatra or any other
regional festivals and events like weddings, no cancelation demand will be entertained.
Being specific to the occasion, no cancelation and no refund policy stays firm in such
cases.
For Chardham bookings, customer is responsible to get registration through
government portal for Chardham entry. TaxiYatri is only cab service aggregator and not
liable for
the same. If any booking canceled due to customer registration issue, that will be
considered as no show case from customer end and no refund applicable in such
case.
It is mandatory for the driver to get Cab entry pass for Chardham entry at respective
entry location during journey. And this process can take time. If cab gets delayed due to
this reason in heavy traffic, TaxiYatri is not responsible for that. If customer cancels
booking due to this reason, no refund will be applicable.
In case TaxiYatri faces any shortage of vehicles due to festive seasons or traffic of peak
hours, TaxiYatri holds all the rights to increase the cab fare. In such cases, if a client
cancels a cab booking due to the increased fare from TaxiYatri, he/she will not be
entitled to the refund of the advance amount
If there is a breakdown of the vehicle or a
genuine problem with the driver, TaxiYatri sees to it that you are provided with a new
driver/vehicle. Remember, in such cases, no
cancelation or refund requests will be taken into consideration.
TTaxiYatri is not in control over situations like natural calamities, traffic, construction
work, lockdown, and so on, because of which there is a possibility of our drivers
reaching your place a little late. At such times, a strict no cancelation and no refund
policy is maintained.
TaxiYatri reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for
the booking on account of any misbehave or misconduct viz. physically, orally or
mentally with the driver /Vendor/Office executive. TaxiYatri also reserves the right jointly
and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law
applicable at the time of the incident.
In any circumstances, if you are eligible for a refund from TaxiYatri, we will be paying it
in back in your Taxiyatri Wallet within a maximum period of three weeks.
Drivers/Vendor/TaxiYatri are also able to cancel a ride request if they've waited 45
minutes at the pickup location and/or for any reason whatsoever you have provided
wrong
details of pickup location or you are not reachable at phone, mobile number and email
address you have provided. You may be charged either a cancellation fee as forfeiture
of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking or Rs. 3.5 per minute for
hatchback / Sedan car, Rs. 4 per minute for SUV / Innova car, Rs. 10 per minute for
Tempo traveller, after 45 minutes completed at the sole discretion of the TaxiYatri.
If register customer does not inform to company regarding driver denial of the trip within
30 min of the pickup time through his/her registered number it will consider as no show
from customer end and no refund is applicable
Please NOTE that the refund process may take 21 days due to banking procedures.

JURISDICTION
We are not party and not responsible for any kind of dispute related of vendor/Driver and customer. However, if required the jurisdiction for any kind of dispute with taxiyatri.com would be Varanasi district court only.
