You need to collect receipts from the driver for any extra charges paid directly to the driver during the trip. TAXIYATRI.COM is not liable to provides invoices for such amounts.
All Tickets issued shall be non-transferable Customer name must be a person name with his/her own mobile number and valid email id (any organization name , tour operator name, company name are or not valid). After booking any information found wrong than TAXIYATRI.COM do not provide service and NO REFUND is applicable.
Regarding Tempo Traveller/Luxury Bus/ Luxury Tempo traveller 18% payment in advance for booking amount (not refundable amount any case if customer cancels or refuses service against his/her booking)

The Tour /Trip cost does not include the costs towards the insurance premium hence it is advisable that the customer gets insurance cover at their own costs
TAXIYATRI.COM shall not liable for any physical injury or loss of life caused to the client due to such participation
TAXIYATRI.COM shall not liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her , any type of Death , Personal injury, sickness ,accident loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses
TAXIYATRI.COM shall not responsible for any delay and altertions in trip /tour or expense incurred (directly/indirectly) due to natural hazards, flight cancellation, breakdown of transport, heavy traffic of running route, wedding time .
In case where a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness death or loss of any travel documents . No claim shall be entetained for refund of unutilized services . Even if a client is unable to reach the price of commencement of the tour due to any reason.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minutes for Trip/Tour starting or after starting or middle of trip
Drivers/Vendor/TAXIYATRI.COM are also able to cancel a ride request if they've waited 45 minutes at the pickup location and/or for any reason whatsoever you have provided wrong details of pickup location or you are not reachable at phone, mobile number and email address you have provided. You may be charged either a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking or Rs. 3.5 per minute for hatchback / Sedan car, Rs. 4 per minute for SUV / Innova car, Rs. 10 per minute for Tempo traveller, after 45 minutes completed at the sole discretion of the TAXIYATRI.COM

TAXIYATRI.COM- only provide a technology platforms that connects intending travelers with cab/taxi bus operators. It does not operate own any taxi/bus.
Estimated fare amount is the minimum bill amount a customer has to pay for the booking
Total Fare may change if Toll tax,route or destination changes or if your trip take longer due to traffice or other factors. Total fare does not include waiting fee.

Cab may be changed in case of unavailability of particular category cabs or in case of break down . It may be upgraded or degraded as per availability of cab on the desired moment. However booking amount would not be changed in any case. The cab/tempo traveller images shared before booking confirmation is only for your basic understanding of vehicle model.
TAXIYATRI.COM might change driver and Taxi/ Tempotraveller details prior to boarding the Taxi/Tempotraveller in case Vechicle breakdown or other genuine reasons at Drivers/ Vendorend. No cancellation request shall be entertained in such cases.

Your Booking will not be confirmed from the company side until and unless you do the advance payment prior to the 6 hr of the journey schedule.
In SUV(CONFORT) category TAXIYATRI.COM provide New Model of Ertiga , Toyota INNOVA(6+1)seater, Mahindra Marazzo,Mahindra XYLO,Scorpio or Similar type (according to SIZE,Seating and other features) of cab which are available on particular time.
In SUV(PREMIUM) category TAXIYATRI.COM provide INNOVA CRYSTA(6+1) seater, TOYOTA INNOVA(6+1)seater New Model of Ertiga(2020 or 2021 model), New Model of Mahindra Marazzo, TATA HEXA , New Model of SCORIPO or Similar type cab which are available on particular time .
Upon receiving your request of the cab, the company may accept or reject your booking depending on the availability.
The Company shall be entitled at any time without giving any reason or prior notice to terminate or cancel your booking
CNG cabs are available on CNG routes only. If cab runs on Non CNG routes, extra charges would be applicable as per similar diesel cab category like for compact 10/- km, Sedan 11/- Km, SUV 15.5/- Km. SUV(PRIME)18/- PRIME SUV(A) 19.5/-

For booking cancellation, you need to cancel the booking from your end only through your registered mobile number through TAXIYATRI.COM customer account id. If face any issue Please mail at taxiyatri.com@gmail.com.com before journey schedule.
Driver may ask for your identification., you must bring your GOVT ID Proof
ZERO cancellation charges before 24 hr of Journey schedule. However, 5% processing fee would be deducted & remaining amount would be refund as TaxiYatri COIN in your TaxiYatri Wallet.
Toll tax, State tax to be paid by customer of both ways (As per actual). For regular ONE WAY Route you have to pay only one side toll tax , state tax as per actual
If you change Pickup time or pick up date with driver without informing to company, company will not be responsible for any kind of issue regarding the same.
Driver May be delay( 30 to 60 min or more ) due to traffic problem, unwanted thing and TAXIYATRI.COM will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agtaton , strike, Road Jam, Lockdown,heavy rain fall,construction of road etc. Hence no REFUND would be made.
At the pick up time: You must check identification of the driver and confirm the license plate of your car at the start of the trip. Do not ride the if the vehicle is not commercially licensed.
Do not ride, If the vehicle and driver information do not match. we shall not be responsible or liable in any manner If you choose to ride in a vehicle that is not commercially licensed or ride with a driver other than the one that we have assigned to you.
TAXIYATRI.COM will not be responsible for any kind of trouble /mishappening done during the journey after driver and cab verification is done by the customer at the start of the journey
We only generate leads & responsible till the driver & customer match for the journey to be started. TAXIYATRI.COM shall not be responsible for anything done after customer matches with the driver.

If Night Travels after 10 P.M to 6 A.M then Driver Night 250/- extra chargeable as Driver night , for Tempotraveller 300/-
Luggage to be carried; not more than (2 small or 1 big bag in compact, 4 small or 2 big bags in Sedan & 6 small bags or 3 big bags in SUV)
When you request a vehicle a vehicle with carrier, we try our best to arrange it but may not be able to sometimes. A vehicle with carrier will also imply an additional cost of Rs. 300/- per day of the trip
If KM Exceeds then extra KMs will be charged as per norms.
Toll Tax, State Tax(Border Tax), Parking are paid by customer (as per actual) . These are not included in booking amount.
Estamiated fare may be change without prior information if fuel cost arises
The driver will not allow any additional passengers or luggage beyond what is allowed in the category of vehicle stated in the reservation. Parking charges, Airport Entry fees or any other form of Entry fees are NOT INCLUDED in the booking ticket. The customer is responsible for all such additional charges incurred during the trip.
When you book our Value or Economy services, we can only promise to provide a vehicle in a certain category but we cannot guarantee a specific model of vehicle. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF A SPECIFIC MODEL OR CONFIGURATION OF VEHICLE UNLESS YOU HAVE MADE RESERVATIONS AND PAID FOR A SERVICE TYPE THAT GUARANTEES A SPECIFIC VEHICLE MODEL.
When making the reservation, please be clear on your requirements. You have the option to specify number of passengers, number of small and large luggage pieces and any special request. No Cancellations are entertained in any case for those product/services that TAXIYATRI.COM sales team has obtained through online, offline on special occasions like Dussehra, Pongal, Diwali, New Year, Holi, 25th dec, Holi etc . These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations from customer side are not possible and no refund applicable.
After assign the driver and cab no amount will be refund (if duration is less than 4 hr )

CNG cabs are not allowed in hill areas or on non-CNG routes.
Driver will take time to fuel CNG vehicle & and that time duration would be included in journey hours.
Driver will take care of his fooding & lodging.
Base Fare includes Fuel charges, Taxi Rent charge, service charge and booking charge
Company can cancel your booking if unable to find cab for you at your scheduled time.
TAXIYATRI.COM does not take responsibility of any material or immaterial loss due to usage of TAXIYATRI.COM cab & these losses shall not be subject to any compensation.
If you want to change car type or want to increase trip duration or need some correction in itinerary, you shall inform TAXIYATRI.COM well in advance and after confirmation by TAXIYATRI.COM, you shall be provided the new booking ticket/estimated fare details.
if you want to decrease your trip duration, you will inform to TAXIYATRI.COM in advance. however you will have to pay minimum estimated amount mentioned on your booking ticket.
TAXIYATRI.COM shall not be responsible to refund and/or to provide voucher in any case where you give any money or goods to the Driver except as mentioned in the invoice. TAXIYATRI.COM shall not be liable to pay any damages, if any, arises from any loss accrued to you.
TAXIYATRI.COM shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage happened during the ride on account of the driver who is a third party agency. However, TAXIYATRI.COM shall assist you in all the reasonable manner to recover your loss or damage.
TAXIYATRI.COM reserves the right to withhold the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking on account of any misbehave or misconduct viz. physically, orally or mentally with the driver. TAXIYATRI.COM also reserves the right jointly and/or severally with the driver to take any action against you as available as per the law applicable at the time of the incident.
All the customers are expected to follow a certain behavioural guidelines. No smoking or drinking during the trip is allowed. Sleeping on the front seat is not allowed. The driver should not be forced to over speed during the trip.
Customers should use seatbelt during trip Any request for change in trip itinerary should be directly communicated to the company and should not be negotiated directly with the driver.
If a customers suffers from any disability or illness or is undergoing any treatment for medical condition, it should be communicated to us with full details before booking via mail, phone or other suitable channel so that we can advise you regarding the suitability of your trip package
TAXIYATRI.COM does not operate cab services on its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of cab services, cab types and prices to User, it has tied up with many Cab Operators/Vendors.
TAXIYATRI.COM acts only acts a facilitator between the Cab Operator and User. The transaction is always between the Cab Operator/Vendors and the User.
It is the sole responsibility of the Cab Operator/Vendors to ensure it has all the requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits from appropriate authorities required to undertake the travel booked. TAXIYATRI.COM gives no warranty or assurance in regard to requisite licenses, approvals, insurance and permits which the Cab Operator/Vendors is supposed to obtain from appropriate authorities.
TAXIYATRI.COM shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any claims with respect to the trip including without limitation, claims pertaining to timeliness, safety, continuity, uninterrupted travel, quality, conditions of vehicle or driving skill, the Cab not departing or reaching on time, behavior of the cab driver, interiors of the Cab, cancellation of the trip by the Cab Operator due to any reason whatsoever, the baggage of the User getting lost, stolen or damaged, the Cab Operator providing a different type of Cab to the User,
the User waiting at the wrong boarding point, the User being dropped to nearest location by the driver of the Cab due to any unavoidable circumstances, or any act or omission of Cab Operator causing accident, loss of life to the User.
TAXIYATRI.COM will not be liable to User or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of the information derived by User through usage of Website, in so far as such information is provided by the Cab Operator
In case of break down or accident of Cab where Cab Operator has been unable to make alternative arrangement, TAXIYATRI.COM shall not provide proportionate refund to User for uncovered distance. Any claims, liabilities or legal costs arising out of such event shall be borne by the Cab Operator.
Waiting charges for SEDAN or SUV @250hr. After 30 mins (Billed on hourly basis). Waiting vcharges for Tempo Traveller @500 hr
Only one break of 30 mins will be allowed during the journey.
If any extra pick up/drop will be chargeable @250 for SEDAN and SUV . If any extra pick up/drop will be chargeable @500. for Tempo Traveller
It is humble request to customer please do not create the pressure for high speed ie above 80 km/hr as per gov. norms.
Company does not promise for any kind of time duration for reaching your destination in any case. .
